My deep fryer has a built-in filter, so I can easily get a few uses even after deep frying these chicken bits.If your deep fryer doesn’t have a built-in filter, you can possibly filter the oil using tools like a strainer and a disposable paper coffee filter. I’ve made this recipe using wings a few times now and they are DELICIOUS. Combine them well. But for sure this option sounds more expensive than rice wine.
