This was my first time ordering but not the last. I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers and apparently the comment I added was not clear. I had good experience with Asphaltgold. The customer service guy told me the only thing he can do is for me to return the package (only with standard post shipping) and I'll receive my money back. I made an order tuesday evening and they did not send the order wednesday and not even today/thursday as I have not received shipping confirmation! I've ordered discounted sneakers and got them really quickly. I contacted the customer service 3x now and everytime their message is that I should have more patience. I choose the latter and got it almost back immediately.
